When decorating your tree, please follow these guidelines:
You will be provided one live tree that will already be set up and ready to decorate. A sign will be provided, labeling each tree with your name and/or logo. Trees are the property of Christmas in Romney and are to remain on the property.

Get Creative! Come up with a theme for your tree and have fun with it (themes are not necessary).

Displays must be durable and of a quality that will last for the duration of the event.

Please bring any materials, supplies, and equipment that may needed to decorate your tree (zip ties for ornaments, etc.)

Please, no paper or glass ornaments.

Trees MUST BE DECORATED between November 23, 2024 through Noon on November 29, 2024

All decorations will remain on the trees through January 1, 2024, and MUST be removed by January 5, 2025. Any decorations and materials not removed by this date will become the property of Christmas in Romney.

Please clean up your space after decorating.

The Town of Romney and The West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
