I wish to register my dog in the Christmas in Romney Dog Pageant. There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner for best costume.

Registration Fee is $5.00 per dog. Please make check or money order payable to Town of Romney, c/o Christmas in Romney.

WAIVER AND PARTICIPATION RELEASE

By signing below, I understand and declare that my dog has been fully vaccinated and up to date on all shots. I understand and agree that the Town of Romney and Christmas in Romney shall not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury, or damages to person or pet arising out or in connection with the Dog Pageant fundraiser. I understand that the event organizers reserve the right to ask for the removal of any dog for unruly behavior. I have also read, understand and agree to comply with the rules and regulations set forth on the reverse side of this form.

I hereby give my consent, allowing the dog who's name is listed on this registration to participate in the Christmas in Romney Dog Pageant on December 2, 2023. I agree and understand that any photographs taken while attending the event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. I also warrant and guarantee that I am the owner of the dog who's name is listed on this registration, and am legally entitled to give such permission.

I have read and agree to all dog show and park rules and regulations listed above.
